In addition to the veterinarians, we have a staff of ten helpful employees consisting of veterinary assistants and receptionists to make your visit easier. The focus of our clinic is to provide personalized, individual care and our support staff is an integral part of fulfilling our mission. Your dog and cat will grow to love the friendly faces that greet them at Central Animal Hospital.
Anna, RVT – Practice Manager
Anna graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Ogeechee Technical College in August of 2012 and has been a part of the Central Animal Hospital team since February of 2013. She lives at home with her two dogs, four cats, rabbit, and her husband Tommy. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach and walking her dogs.
Louella – Veterinary Technician
Louella began working for Central Animal Hospital in January 2014. She was born in Oceanside, CA, but has lived in Savannah for the majority of her life. Louella received her Veterinary Assistant Certification from Long Medical Institute and has worked in the veterinary field for over 19 years. In her free time, she loves to relax and spend time with her 3 children and her 3 animal babies (Delilah her dachshund, Zeus her pit bull and Mercy her cat). She also enjoys practicing hair styling.
Nevada – Veterinary Technician
Nevada moved to Savannah in August of 2018 for her husband’s business. She is originally from Louisiana but grew up in Charlotte. She is married with three wonderful children. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her family and her dog Simba. She loves paddle boarding, going for a run and has recently started kayaking.
Shannon – Veterinary Technician
Shannon became a part of the team here at Central Animal Hospital in March of 2020. She currently resides in her small hometown of Hinesville, GA. Shannon has been in the veterinary field for about 6 years. She has always had a strong passion for helping and caring for animals. As a child, she would spend her summers volunteering at the local animal shelters. Shannon grew up with family pets and now has 8 furry loved ones to call her own. Shannon is currently working on getting her vet assistant certification to help further her career caring for animals. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband and 5 amazing kids.
Kassandra, RVT – Veterinary Technician
Kassandra is a native of Western New York and moved to the Savannah area in August of 2010. She has been a Registered Tech since January of 2013 and completed her Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology (Magna Cum Laude) in December of 2015. She is the proud owner of four cats and a dog– Boots, Cookie Monster, Olive Branch, Jasmine and Afri. In her spare time, Kassandra enjoys hiking, running, cuddling her cats, cooking and traveling the country.
Casey – Veterinary Technician
Casey became a part of the Central Animal Hospital team in June of 2020. She was born in Ochatchee, Alabama. She moved to Savannah in 2017 to be with her husband. She has been in the veterinary field for four years. For as long as she can remember she has had a passion for working with animals. She has five furrr babies of her own. Izzy, Logan and Kiwi all rescue tabby cats. She also has two fancy rats named Remy and Petunia. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, painting and gardening.
Kristen – Head Receptionist
Kristen is married and has four girls. She moved to Savannah in 2005 and has been working in the vet field for 12 years. She has one dog and four cats. Kristen has been with Central Animal Hospital since September of 2016. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Tiffany – Receptionist
Tiffany is a local Savannahian. She graduated with a Psychology degree from Armstrong State University (now Georgia Southern) in 2016 and started working for Central Animal Hospital immediately after. She took a short break to explore other career paths, but has finally returned to the veterinary field. Tiffany has a passion for animals and likes to study behavior. She lives with her boyfriend and her dog Douglas Fresh.
Missy – Patient Care Manager
Missy joined the central family in May of 2018. She jumped right into her job as the patient care manager and is fitting in well. She is very playful, talkative, and loves to cuddle.
